The St George Motorcycle club welcomes all newcomer, previous and renewing members to join the club. We understand that motorcycle racing often involves the whole family and we have a range of membership to suit everyone.

Club Membership funds go toward ensuring the club has a successful future in planning and running race meetings, coordinating touring rides for those of us not into racing, and for the social events like the Club Presentation Day and Annual General Meeting.

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the time of joining, and are based on a 12-month rolling anniversary. A renewal notice will be sent inviting you to re-join the club after that 12 months.

All of our members are part of the family. Be the first to receive news about our upcoming events, receive invitations to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Club Presentation Day.

Senior

Our most popular membership, open to anyone aged 16 to 106, and the lifeblood of our club.

Senior members are eligible to be part of the club committee and are invited to vote during the Annual General Meeting (insert Link to AGM page).

Junior

Our brightest stars and the next generation. Up to and including the age of 15 youngsters can join St George as a junior member. Parent/s are not required to be members, however you are also most welcome to join as either a family membership or a separate Touring / Social membership.

Family

We understand and promote motorsport as a family occasion. We believe children love to see mum or dad amongst their peers having fun and enjoying the spectacle of motor racing. Imagine being on the podium at the end of a race, receiving a trophy at the round presentation, and having family there to share in the joy of your achievement. And you never know, you might just have the next generation of Mick Dohan or Casey Stoner world champions in your mix!! It’s never too early to start the passion.

Touring / Social

We understand the love of bikes and being on the open road. Not everyone has the time or money to go racing, but there’s no reason we can’t all get together, and join in the fun and comradery.

As a touring member you will be notified of our upcoming rides by email. Family and friends are welcome to join in also, membership is not necessary but definitely welcomed. Don’t feel like riding, then catch us at our designated meeting spots and join in for lunch too.

Our touring captain Chris Batt will lead some fun one-day rides to varying places and some longer tours. Any suggestions and or thoughts / feedback are welcome. See the Touring page here (link).

Touring and social members will receive invites to the club presentation day and Annual General Meeting (please note that this level of membership does not have voting rights to the AGM)

Volunteers

An absolute necessity for our club to be able to put on a race day / weekend. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experiences, especially those that have a love of motorsport and motorcycles in particular. No experience is necessary, training and where possible a buddy system will be used to help you gain the experience you need.
